Homework

I spent the whole day finishing up homework (my last assignment before graduation!) so my camera did not come out today.

I hope I do a better job next year getting a photo everyday. Ive already missed about 3 days this year :(

Love

Kayla and I spent the day at my moms so the kids could play together. As my mom was putting the bouncer away Matthew and Kayla attacked her. They have so much fun together. I need to make more of an effort to get them together more often.

Grocery Shopping

Today was grocery shopping day. I was very happy to see that meat was on a good sale today. Just between the steaks and pork chops I bought I saved $27!! Now my freezer is nice and full too which is a great feeling.

The grocery list... I dont mind grocery shopping its the making the list I hate. I never seem to know what I should buy, and then when Im home I always feel like there is nothing to eat. Tomorrow I plan to take care of that list :)

Kayla's Three

Today was Kayla's 3rd birthday. Boy do the years go fast! She was being silly in this picture but I like it the best-it shows her personality. Another great year as a Godmother-and more to come!

While Maria was here she went outside for a few minutes and of course the minute she walked out the door Josie started fussing. I used the opportunity to scoop her up and watch her cry. Im such a terrible person. I love pictures of crying babies. Here are her first crying pictures that Ive taken-but Im sure it wont be the last.

Cheater Cheater...

This is the newest addition to my neighborhood, isnt it lovely? And of course its directly across from my house.

Whats the cheater about? Well technically I took this picture on Friday-I got home to late to take a good picture last night. Im a stickler for rules so taking the picture 'not on the day' is cheating! Now that its happened for the first time this year, if it happens I wont feel so bad, lol.

DDR Hottest Party

Try not to notice that the carpet is on the top of this picture-lol I was too lazy to turn it over before I took the picture. Yesterday I borrowed Kim's Dance Dance Revolution and played it for a while. I needed a change from my Wii Fit (though I did use it earlier in the day). It was really nice to try something new, the 20min I played for went really quickly. Im going to play again to change things up.

Oh the Torment!

Today has been a day full of temptation for me. Over and over I have opened the fridge/freezer to find something to eat. And the chocolate in there was tormenting me! Believe it or not...thats is not all the chocolate in my house! Thats just part of the chocolate thats in the freezer! Im trying so hard to wait to eat chocolate until I lose some more weight but I dont know if Im going to make it. This week is HELL for me! I guess I just need to work out more so that I can get to my goal faster right?

Silence is Golden

Tonight after the kids left I so desperately needed peace and quiet (how does she do it day in and day out?). My personal favorite way to enjoy silence is to go to B & N...so I made a nice leisurely trip after dropping them off.

Chocolate!

Today I ate chocolate pudding (doesnt count as chocolate-) It tasted so good I thought I would melt on the spot! So sad that I love the taste of chocolate that much...but boy was it good!

Matthew & Kayla

Tonight Matthew and I met Maria and her girls for dinner. These two LOVE each other so they were so happy to get to see each other. Here is one of their silly pictures.

Graduation!!

This came in the mail today...its my application for graduation! HALLELUJAH! Im going to make it after all! The world may fall down around my ears...but Im going to graduate!!

Families

Maria stopped by to pick up her car-and of course she stayed to visit and I got to play with the kids :) I thought this pose was too good to pass up. So cute how they are both looking at Josie-no directions either, they are both just in love with her, awww.

Next I need to finally get a shot of ME holding Josie!

"Balance"

I just had to laugh when I realized the irony of this-this is my word for the year "balance" balancing on top of the mess I need to be putting away! I guess I needed a reminder to be balanced again.

More Food

Ive had nothing but fast food for days, not good for my diet. So today Im back on track. I had chicken for lunch and salmon for dinner. And still no chocolate!

I think I need to do some research to see what it the most healthy fish I can eat, I just buy salmon cause I know I like it.

Craig Shoemaker

Last night, Brandon, Kim and I went to see Craig Shoemaker "The Love Master". It was funny, but I had heard most of the jokes either on XM or the last time we saw him so that was a bummer. Anyway-this picture is of Craig signing the shirt Kim bought on her back. I told Brandon that Im ready to not see him for a while. Its time to see other people for a while (okay that sounds like a break up talk! LMBO!). Mitch Fatel is coming in March and I cant wait for that! I love him.
